RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
You have 8 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we verify the condition of each order the moment we prepare the said order for shipping. Your item must be in the original packaging, with all the materials that comprise it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Each order has a specific Order Number and we will need your receipt or proof of purchase to check the Order Number.
We are not responsible for the shipping and shipping costs that you may incur. The shipping cost of the replacement item will be charged to you, according to our established shipping costs.
All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which insures the value of the goods and with a reliable tracking service. We will not be responsible for any lost parcel.
Exception is made if you receive a wrong or damaged item.

REFUNDS
We reserve the right not to issue any refunds, except in cases where the product quality fails to meet our standards upon arrival at your destination, or if you’ve been shipped the wrong product.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In the case of a product with free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be calculated accordingly and deducted from your refund.
